Lassiter Band Registration

Marching Band Pre-Registration for the 2026 season has now ended.

Students are still welcome and encouraged to join the Lassiter Marching Band; however, all new members will be registered as alternates.

 

Alternates may still earn a position in the competitive show, but they will begin by sharing a performance spot with an existing member.

We are excited to continue welcoming dedicated students who are ready to work hard and contribute to the success of the Lassiter Band.

2026-27 MARCHING BAND REGISTRATION

We are excited for you to join the Lassiter Band Family! Please review the information below before registering your student for Marching Band.

 

Deadline: May 28th (Registration and $250 non-refundable deposit due)
Registration must be completed by a parent or guardian.

 

To be fully registered, you must update the Parent & Student Information Form and Submit:
  • Marching Fees Form with $250 non-refundable deposit (Due May 28th)

  • Volunteer Form
  • Required Band Form 
  • Discount Card Fundraiser Form
  • Physical Form (*NEW*) and Medication Form (Due June 1st) 

2026-27 MARCHING BAND FEES

  • Deposit and All Installments become non‑refundable after their due dates.
  • Credit card payments include a service charge from our payment provider. To avoid these fees, you may use ACH for your payments.
  • Installments automatically charged to the credit card or ACH stored in your account

Woodwinds, Brass & Percussion - $1,500 (includes $200 Concert Fee, no separate registration needed)

  • Pay in full by May 28 OR
  • Pay $250 Non-Refundable Deposit (due May 28th) and Monthly Installment Plan (5 payments)
  • Note: Installment plan consists of 5 payments of $250 on June 15, July 15, Aug 15, Sept 15, Oct 15. 

Varsity Guard - $1300

  • Pay in full by May 28 OR
  • Pay $250 Non-Refundable Deposit (due May 28th) and Monthly Installment Plan (5 payments)
  • Note: Installment plan consists of 5 payments of $210 on June 15, July 15, Aug 15, Sept 15, Oct 15. 

Junior Guard - $550

  • Pay in full by May 28 OR
  • Pay $200 Non-Refundable Deposit (due May 28th) and Monthly Installment Plan (2 payments)
  • Note: Installment plan consists of 2 payments of $175 on June 15, July 15.

Note: Oct 3rd and Oct. 17th are Competition Days. Please ensure that your student does NOT schedule the ACT/SAT on those days per the Directors. 

 

Step 3 – Complete Required Forms and Deposit

Forms and deposit are required for full registration.

  • Parent & Student Information Form

  • Marching Fees Form ($250 deposit, $200 for junior guard)

  • Volunteer Form

  • Required Band Form

  • Discount Card Fundraiser Form

  • Required Medication and Physical Form

    • Marching Band Accessories (Due May 28)
      • Note: New Marching Shoes - We are transitioning to the Drillmasters DrillMax marching shoe, which offers enhanced support; all NEW marching students are required to purchase this shoe, while it is optional for returning students.
    • Varsity/Junior Guard Accessories (Due June 1)
  • Optional Forms
    • Senior Brick Form (Seniors only, Due Sept 1)

    • Senior Driveway Trojan Head (Seniors only, Due Sept 1)
