2027-28 LASSITER MARCHING BAND REGISTRATION

We are excited for you to join the Lassiter Band Family!

Pre-registration for the 2027 Lassiter Marching Band season is now open.

🇮🇪 Planning to Participate in the 2028 Ireland Trip?

Students planning to travel with the Lassiter Band to Ireland in March 2028 must participate in the 2027–28 Lassiter Marching Band.

Marching Band Pre-Registration and the $30 non-refundable Marching Band deposit are due by November 1, 2026.

 All Other 2027 Marching Band Students

Marching Band Pre-Registration and the $30 non-refundable deposit are due by March 20, 2027.

Registration must be completed by a parent or guardian. 

✅ WHAT DO I NEED TO COMPLETE NOW?

🇮🇪 Students Planning to Participate in the Ireland Trip

Both of the following must be completed by November 1, 2026:

1. Complete 2027 Marching Band Pre-Registration

2. Register for the 2028 Ireland Trip

  • Register for the 2028 Ireland Trip:  HERE
  • Pay the $500 Ireland Trip deposit

Not Participating in the optional Ireland Trip?

Complete your 2027 Marching Band Pre-Registration and pay the $30 non-refundable Marching Band deposit by March 20, 2027.

There is nothing else you need to complete at this time.

  • Marching Band/Guard Accessory Orders

💵 2027–28 MARCHING BAND FEES

Woodwinds, Brass, Percussion & Varsity Guard Students Enrolled in a Band Class

Total: $1,500

  • Marching Band Fee: $1,300
  • Concert Band Fee: $200
  • $30 non-refundable deposit
  • Remaining balance paid in six installments beginning May 15, 2027

Varsity Guard Not Enrolled in a Band Class

Total: $1,300

  • $30 non-refundable deposit
  • Remaining balance paid in six installments beginning May 15, 2027

Families may also choose to pay the remaining balance in full.

🚩 JUNIOR GUARD

Middle school students participating in the 2027 Lassiter Junior Guard have a separate registration and payment schedule.

Total Junior Guard Fee: $550

  • $200 non-refundable deposit due May 15, 2027
  • $175 installment due June 15, 2027
  • $175 installment due July 15, 2027

Additional Junior Guard registration information and required forms will be available in Spring 2027.

  • Already have a Membership Toolkit Account (such as for Lassiter PTSA)? Use the same email address and password. 
  • Don’t have a Membership Toolkit Account? Choose Create Account and follow the instructions. 
  • Once you are logged in:
    • Go to My Account, My Forms/Paperwork
    • Complete the Parent and Student Information
    • Complete the 2027 Marching Band Registration Form and submit the $30 non refundable deposit
